Looking for part time nanny/sitter 12-20 hours a week. We have two little ones aged almost 4 (little girl) and a 5 year old little boy. We had a wonderful nanny/sitter for the past three years who moved into a career path better suited for her future (which while sad for us, we are so happy for her!)
Usually we like 2-3 weekdays and one weekend night but not more than 3-4 days a week. Days can be flexible based on what works for both parties.

She does not attend daycare so there would be no driving around. She takes one nap around 12 and the priority is keeping her safe, fed, and having fun! My mother lives with us as well, however she will be having back and hip surgery and will be in recovery for months. We want our nanny to feel as comfortable with us as do with them. We are looking for the right fit for our family and look forward to finding our new member ☺️
