We have two boys one is 8 months and the other is 6 years old. We work a crazy schedule where I (mom) work rotating weeks. W1 = work mon-tues, fri-sun & w2= wed-thurs 7am to 7pm w/ occasional order over working until 11pm. Dad works mon-fri 4pm to 12am. We would need someone from 3pm until 8pm at the most, 4 times a week.

Two wonderful little ones needing help on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. My wife is at the house working from home, and will help with lunch every day. Other than that we would like the nanny to be present, playful and educationally there for our kids for the hours at the house. The baby takes a nap or two and our young toddler still sleeps for a hour or two daily. No need for any pick up or drop off, however we do have a cat that is around the home.

We are looking for someone to be an extra set of hands at home-- play with kids, keep kid areas tidy, a load of kid laundry weekly, help with driving to activities etc. The bulk of the job will be playing with the girls and keeping them active and engaged. They love playing outside, walking to the park, art projects, science experiments etc. We are very flexible on schedule but ideally looking for Friday morning and then two afternoons into early evening (like 1-5 ish.)
