Family of 5 seeking a warm, capable nanny to assist stay-at-home mom on weekday afternoons, 3-5 days per week. We have 3 kids: boys ages 5 and 3 and a newborn girl. You'd care for the baby solo while I do school pickup, then work alongside me through the afternoon: after-school snacks and decompression for the boys, help with the baby during the afternoon/evening hours, and getting dinner on the table. We're looking for someone calm and confident with preschool/kindergarten age-kids, ideally with a background (or degree in progress) in early childhood education, child psychology, pediatric OT, nursing, or similar. Newborn experience required. Must be comfortable with dogs. $27-32 hr depending on experience. We're metro and bus accessible. I am looking for assistance after school from around 3 pm to 8 pm two to three days a week, depending on my schedule. Some driving will be required but I can supply a car. MarZai is my little sweet boy who follows behind his big sister in her sneaky ventures unless he's stuck in the tv. MaLaiya is the sweetest little baby girl when she wants be cuddled. And when she's not being cuddled she loves to put things in the toilet and take remotes and phones and put them in the trash. I expect for them to keep the kids room cleaned, and always find healthier options for snacks and meals. Keeping the kids safe and happy ayye the 2 most important things. They aren't in school yet so no worries for that.
