We are a warm and loving family in Glen Park San Francisco seeking a full-time nanny to care for our daughter, who will be 7 months old when the position begins in October 2026. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. , for a guaranteed 40 hours per week. This is a payroll (W-2) position, paid legally through a household payroll service. Benefits include guaranteed hours, paid federal holidays, two weeks of paid time off annually (to be taken in one-week increments), and five paid sick days per year. Must be comfortable with pets because we have 2 pomeranians.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Seyferth Family with 1 Child
We are due in early July with our first baby! We are looking for a kind, playful and reliable nanny for our first baby. Both parents work full-time with demanding schedules so we are hoping to find someone who feels like part of our family to help us keep everything afloat.
We need a minimum of 40 hours per week. Ideally M-F, ~8am-5pm. There are really only a few days per week that have fixed (inflexible) hours, otherwise we can be flexible if you have appointments etc that you need to attend to. Mom (Austin) is a doctor and is on call for a few weeks out of the year and those weeks would require slightly longer hours, but we can do a day off the week before or after to make sure you’re not working too much!
We do have a small 8 year-old dog named Hudson who is a sweetheart. We would ideally like you to take him on walks when you go on walks with the baby. He needs a minimum of one walk in the middle of the day but ideally it would be helpful if you did his morning walk as well so we can focus on baby’s routine before we go to work. We will take care of all his grooming, feeding, etc.
We would appreciate it if you kept baby’s toys and room organized for the day and wash any bottles that are used. Doing baby’s laundry would be a bonus but not a deal breaker for us! We would love someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish who could speak to the baby only in Spanish.

Looking for a nanny share for our 13 month old daughter. She is our 4th baby and is very easygoing and used to being around chaos from her older sisters :) We are well-versed in nannyshare arrangements; we need 3 days a week of care with some possibility to add on days as needed if it works for both families. Ideal situation would probably be for another family to host, but happy to host at our house (or alternate locations) if care provider is comfortable with me working from home in the kitchen/back-room of our main living area. Looking for a provider who is first-aid trained, prompt, clean/tidy and does not use their cell phone constantly during work hours (totally fine when our kiddo is asleep of course--we aren't bothered at all by that). We do not require major meal prep and only ask that the provider cleans up any mess/food dishes/etc. related to our daughter's care.
