He's 5 months right now. He's very mellow and easy going. He doesn't need a lot, just someone to hang out with and smile with. He really is an angel. Hours listed may change. I start work in a week and don't have a written schedule. His dad works at price chopper and his hours change week to week but pretty much stay the same for the most part.

We are trying to be as COVID safe as we reasonably can be and are looking for a nanny that understands and appreciates that. Our daughter has speech delay and communicates through signs and a few words. We are seeing specialists to determine if there is an underlying cause for that delay that warrants more support. The caregiver we are looking for will be patient and understanding with our daughters hesitance around new people. We really love giving our daughter time outdoors, different sensory activities, and lots of books and songs and pretend play. We subscribe to what we know of child-led play, and also gentle parenting. Our kid has our full respect. 20 hrs/wk, M-F mornings through lunch.
