I’m a remote manager. I’m 2 days out of the house wed-thurs. my wife leaves 4 work at noon usually. Until 5 pm 4 days weekly could be enough. Hamnet is almost 2 years old. He naps usually [phone number hidden] and plays outside with young kids on our block. I’m always home by 5 pm. I have an extra car seat for emergencies.
