Im a nurse with an alternating schedule of 12 hour shifts. We would only need help 2 days out of the week with my 2 year old Amery she is super energetic and I also have a 9 year old Avery but she goes to school Monday through Thursday we are new to living on our on own with no help what so ever so any help given would be the upmost appreciated just trying figure things out. Main responsibilities would be taking and picking Avery up from school and hanging out with the girls until I get off at 6pm I work down the street so I would only be a call away. We need baby dishes done, Baby laundry folded as we wash it ourselves,
Trashes taken out and boxes broke down. We get pre-made meals for babies, So we produce a lot of boxes but I have an automatic box cutter that makes it very easy. I'm the dad and I am primary care giver but we have 22 month old twins, and I can't be in two places at once which is where a nanny comes in.

My two girls need a sitter for at least a couple days a week, preferably weekends. The largest problem I've run across is how early I go to work (either 4:30 or 5am), then I get off at 1 or 1:30pm.
