The setup we have in mind:

Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

Full-Time Nanny Job: The Samuels Family with 1 Child
I have a sweet 7 month old son who needs a full time nanny. We would need care for Monday - Friday from 9-5 pm. Care includes managing feed and nap time, support with child related chores ( cleaning bottles, baby laundry, etc), and play and development.
