Full-Time Nanny Job: The Sokova Family with 4 Children
I’m a working mom of four looking for a dependable, patient, and nurturing nanny to become a consistent part of our family. My two youngest are Phoenix, 3, and Leo, 2. They are affectionate, energetic, and playful, and I’m looking for someone who genuinely enjoys caring for toddlers and preschoolers.
My job involves regular travel, including occasional out-of-state trips, so I’m looking for someone with some flexibility who can provide dependable care when my work schedule requires it. I also have several important personal obligations over the coming months that may require additional childcare coverage.
Phoenix can have big emotions and is working through some separation anxiety and emotional-regulation challenges. A calm, patient, reassuring, and consistent caregiver is especially important for her. Experience helping young children with transitions, separation anxiety, sensory needs, or big emotions would be a wonderful plus.
Responsibilities may include daycare/school pickup, caring for the children at home, preparing simple meals and snacks, helping with evening and bedtime routines, and light child-related tidying. Depending on availability, I may occasionally need extended or overnight care during work travel.
Most importantly, I’m hoping to find someone who can become a trusted and familiar presence for my children. Reliability, good communication, patience, and creating a safe and nurturing environment are extremely important to me.

Babysitter Job: The Spotser Family with 1 Child
We are looking for a babysitter or nanny for our loving, happy seven (almost 8) year old daughter. For a nanny, we would be interested in doing afternoons from school pick up to 6 pm three days a week For a babysitting role, it would be great to find someone who would be available in the evenings when we have to attend work events. Main expectation would be to entertain our daughter, prepare her afterschool snack, and make sure that she completes her Kumon and school work.

Because of this, sometimes I need the help getting them to school in the mornings, but sometimes I need the help getting them from school in the afternoons. I do need someone who is EXTREMELY patient who has a firm yet sensitive discipline style. My son does have ADHD and ODD so he will thrive with someone who will keep his mind busy and encourage physical activity.

We would be willing to consider a free/steep discounted rent if interested in a live-in options, depending on other compensation rates. If live-in is not an option, I would need a pretty open range of availability: as mentioned, sometimes early 8am school rounds, or 3pm school rounds until one of us gets off work.
