Looking for help beginning in August for my (then) 3 month old daughter. I work from home so I am a bit flexible and open to discussing your preferred schedule. Would love help a few hours a day Monday - Friday. Also open to occasional babysitting on the weekends here and there.

We are needing some help with our 3-year-old girl during the mornings/afternoons and occasional date night/weekends. She is in school 830-130pm M-Th and [phone number hidden]am Fridays. Days will be M-Th and weekends/off days from school(As needed). We can be flexible on hours. She is involved in ballet/tap, music, swim, and soccer M-Th. We do have three dogs, so someone who is comfortable with bigger dogs is preferred.

As of now I may need Thursday mornings (sometimes until school is out). On Thursdays would be to arrive around 745 am - 1220pm (drop off at Headstart in Mt Healthy by 1230). Saturday nights (330p-930p) with some overnights on Saturdays (10p-7a at least once a month).
My 5 year old has a speech delay and we are slowly potty training. He uses an app on his iPad to communicate and his 9 year old brother helps out a lot too as far as figuring out what he needs. My 9 year is a typical boy who likes watching tv, playing on his phone and hanging out in his room. He is very talkative and engaging.
