A little bit about us

We are looking for part-time childcare for our three kids (ages 8m, 3y, and 6y) in our home while I (mom) work from home! I am a nurse and work for a maternal health non-profit and my hours are somewhat flexible, but 12-3:30 are a need at the moment with an option of 12-5. I have some flexibility to help out with the baby at times! My husband is a high school teacher and so I primarily need care during the school year. We strongly value a screen-free childhood with lots of outdoor play, reading, crafts, baking, and games! It's important to us to find a caregiver who is knowledgeable and invested in developmentally-appropriate play and learning. Some light housekeeping (i.e. helping the kids with their chores, like clearing their dishes and cleaning up their play room) would be appreciated.
