Hi we are new parents to a sweet baby boy as of June 2026. We have a cavachon poodle named Arlo as well. We both work from home, and I am EBF at this time. We are looking for help during the day so we can have more focused work time and hoping for the right fit for our sweet little guy!
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ramsey Family with 1 Child
Hi! We're Coral and Taylor, an East Nashville family with a baby girl born at the end of July. We're looking for one other family to share a full-time nanny starting Jan 4.
The setup we have in mind:
- Full-time, Mon-Fri, roughly 8am-4pm but flexible
- Babies close in age, so naps and feeding schedules line up
- Happy to host at our home, and flexible if you'd rather alternate homes or host yourselves
- Wage depends on if doing a share or solo
Both of us work in software and work from home, and we each have a dedicated workspace, so the nanny runs the day with parents nearby but not in the way.
Operationally, each family would be an employer, and we'd use a payroll service. Everything will be documented before day one: guaranteed hours, paid time off after an initial period, sick-day rules, and exit clauses for either family. We'd like a short call, then a meetup with the kids, before anyone commits.
We follow a loose routine around naps and feeds, incorporating plenty of tummy time, books, and outdoor walks, and no screens at this age. Group chat for day-to-day updates plus a monthly check-in.

Babysitter Job: The Permenter Family with 1 Child
Wanting to find a long term baby sitter for my 10 month old baby boy. I am wanting to find someone who will become family. Who will travel with us to help out and babysit for date nights, work trips, and emergencies. Must be willing to travel as I would like him to come with us on work trips!

We need a little help with childcare. Both kids are in preschool programs. Our daughter has Down syndrome, but doesn't have any special needs per se that pertain to her care. She's potty training and in pull ups and our son is not potty trained.
Need help around the house as well. Light cleaning (picking up/tidying, putting away kids laundry, loading and unloading dishwasher etc). We both work full time and just need an extra set of hands to help with kids and the house. We have a small dog that does not require any care, but is in the house. He's a non shedding cavapoo. We live in the Green Hills area in a newer construction home. We are a nice normal family 🙂 and looking for someone to be a good fit for us and our needs during this season of life. Sometimes we just need someone to entertain the kids for a hour and give them a bath at night. This is a 20-30 hour a week gig with some off weeks while we are traveling.
