Hi! We’re looking for an experienced, reliable nanny for our infant starting in November.
Hoping to find someone who has newborn experience and can be flexible with a shift-based schedule, since our work hours can vary. The schedule follows a rotating pattern — typically 3 days/week for two weeks (T/W/Th), then a week off, followed by 1 day the next week (Tues), and so on.
Hours would start around 5:45-6:00am and end between 3–4:30pm depending on the day, so flexibility with end times is really important.

The girls do not need constant entertainment as they entertain themselves most of the time but must be attentive to their needs. This person would need to assist with meal prep, bathing/showering, toileting, dressing, and light housekeeping. There will be a lot of downtime during the shift which is why this position would be ideal for a student that may have to work on their studies.

Full day over summer - outdoor activities (swimming, bike riding, playing catch), helping prepare lunch/snacks, cleaning up after lunch/snacks, summer school work (beginning reading for twins, math), afternoon quiet time/rest period
