Hi!
I'm currently looking for a loving, responsible nanny to care for our 5-month-old son, August, who was born prematurely. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with a structured routine and truly enjoys engaging with infants.
Here’s what we are offering:
Guaranteed 24 hours/week pay, even if we only need 20 hours in a given week.
Half-pay if we are away for a week or more (we are not from Gainesville and travel occasionally).
4 paid days off after your first month with us—just need two weeks' notice.
$0.30/mile reimbursement if you're comfortable driving August to approved outings (e.g., library, stroller walks, etc.).
What we’re looking for from you:
Follow a consistent daily schedule (which we will provide and discuss together).
Do baby’s laundry once a week.
Provide a mix of interactive play and independent play time.
Be open to walks or library outings, depending on your comfort level.
We really value reliability, warmth, and communication. If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to chat more and see if we’re a match!

Hello! We are Alyssa and Biplab. We both work at UF Shands and have variable work hours including long days and rotating weekends. Indira is our 5 month old daughter. She has special feeding needs as she is unable to figure out how to take a bottle. She is in the process of learning how to use a straw cup and starting solids. We are looking for part time help until June when indira begins daycare, we will continue to need part time help on some evenings and weekends after June for daycare pickups and when we are working on the weekends and daycare is not open.
We have two indoor bengal cats.
We prefer someone with experience with infants who is CPR certified.

Hi, I just became the mother of a 25 week preemie baby boy in October of 2022. He has recently graduated from the NICU and come home on oxygen. We’d like someone that is CPR certified and has had experience with special needs children. Your longest work day would be Monday from 7am to 7pm, Tuesday- Friday from 11:30 am to 7pm. Baby boy has a monitor for vitals and a home concentrator for oxygen. He doesn’t take any meds, only a small amount of multivitamins. He has doctors appointments often but we Parents will attend those, you are welcome to tag along. We also wouldn’t mind someone who speaks multiple languages as we’d like him to grow up hearing more than english. No home care is needed, we are strictly looking for someone to care for our special boy, THANK YOU.

I’m currently 4.5 months pregnant and my husband and I are looking for a nanny! We both work for UF, but he has a more flexible schedule.
So he work 2 or 3 days during the work week so we would only need a nanny for 2 days one week, then 3 days the next and it would repeat like that. We would need someone for the whole workday so typically 7-6pm.
We do have 3 animals (2 cats, 1 dog) but the cats are super low maintenance, and our dog would only need to be taken out once during the day if you’re comfortable with that, if not she is crate trained.
This is our first baby, so we would love to have someone help us with this experience!
