We are a family of three (Mom, Dad and 14-month-old son) with one very sweet furry cat, a moody mut from India, a soft-hearted horse, a stubborn pony, and a jealous rooster who comes with his harem of chicks. Looking over the breathtaking landscape of the Appalachian Mountains, our farm in Floyd, Virginia harmonizes seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
Position Overview
We are seeking a fun and nature loving Nanny Housekeeper (live out) to join our family, where your skills and dedication will be valued and appreciated. As our Nanny Housekeeper, you will be an integral part of our family, responsible for providing exceptional childcare and maintaining the household with warmth and efficiency. Your passion for creating a safe and joyful space for our son to learn and grow will shine through in your daily interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with our child in age-appropriate activities, promoting learning and development.
• Maintain a tidy and organized home environment, demonstrating a keen eye for cleanliness and order.
• Collaborate with parents to ensure a seamless routine that prioritizes the well-being of the child.
• Perform various housekeeping tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a nanny housekeeper with a genuine passion for childcare.
• Energetic and creative personality, capable of providing a stimulating environment for children.
• CPR certified and having a clean driving license.
