I am a stay at home working mom of a sweet 16 month old boy. I work from my home office as a bookkeeper during nap times. Now that my son is down to 1 nap a day I am finding it harder to get work done. I am not a helicopter mom and will not hover. I plan to be in my office while the nanny is here. Once I start working it is very hard to stop so I promise no interference from me. I have had my mother-in-law for a couple days a week, but need more assistance and she cannot come every week. I am looking for some one part-time, a few days a week for a few hours at a time. Willing to negotiate.

We are a young, fun family - we just had our first son in late February and he is pretty fantastic. We are returning to work In mid June. We’re both retail managers so we will need care 4 weekdays (off every Thursday) and every other weekend (the weekend will generally be a much shorter shift).
We are very active - we love exercise and the outdoors and our two Boston terriers, olive and Sadie, and our cat Haley. We love to have fun and are very laid back.
We are looking for someone who is flexible. Our work schedules are pretty regimented but they do change from time to time.
