**Seeking Experienced Montessori Nanny for Our 8-Month-Old Son**

We are a loving family looking for a dedicated and nurturing nanny with extensive experience in Montessori education to care for our 8-month-old boy. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience working with infants and a deep understanding of Montessori principles.

**Key Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a nanny, particularly with infants
- Strong background in Montessori education and philosophy
- Ability to create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment
- Excellent communication skills and a loving, patient demeanor
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage our son in age-appropriate Montessori activities that promote his development
- Maintain a consistent daily routine, including feeding, naps, and playtime
- Foster a loving and supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning
- Communicate regularly with us about our son's progress and any concerns
- Take responsibility for organizing his belongings, including folding his clothes, cleaning his toys, and maintaining his bottles.

- We can begin on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition to a full-time position.
