She loves TV, reading, video games, and is fairly independent. There may be ocassional local travel involved using our car.

We're looking for someone patient, attentive, and comfortable managing two very different age groups at once. Experience with toddlers, specifically, is a big plus.

Since this is new for our family, we'd love to start with a meet and greet and/or shorter trial visit before moving to full weekend hours, so everyone can get comfortable at their own pace. We're happy to share more about our routines, the kids' personalities, and what a typical weekend looks like once we connect.
