I’m looking for someone to work weekdays Monday - Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm. Would like someone who has the availability to babysit on weekend nights if needed. Also, both my husband and I required travel for our jobs so there may be occasions where we would need extra hours.

Activities with child
Light housekeeping ( we have a house keeper for deep cleans)
Family laundry
Dog walking and feeding (won’t be all the time but will need help with it)
Meal prep
May be grocery shopping

One parent will be working from home at any given time.
Work scope includes:
Feeding the baby
Changing diapers
Putting baby down for naps
Light baby-related cleaning such as throwing away used diapers, washing bottles, folding baby clothes, clean up toys
Playing with the baby and engaging in various fun and educational activities with the baby
Taking baby on stroller walks in the neighborhood (no car ride needed)
Other Ad Hoc duties only related to taking care of and playing with the baby
Requirements: Must
Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Be CPR-certified
Speak fluent English
Be a non-smoker
Have infant experience and developmental milestones
Have your own reliable transportation to/from work
Have proof of covid vaccine, flu, TDAP (whooping cough)
Be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying baby
W2 employee only. Pay is commensurate with experience. You can expect pay raises in the years to come. We guarantee 40 hours a week. You will receive 10 days of paid time off on top of any major holidays (excludes Martin Luther King Day, Juneteenth, Presidents Day, Columbus Day).
Please provide at least 2 references (not from family/friends) including the most recent previous employers when applying. A background check will be performed.
