A little bit about us

Hi! We just moved back to New Albany after 6+ years away and are in search of a full time, long term nanny to look after our 2 year old little boy! We are looking for someone to start late July/early August, but are flexible on the start date. I have included all of the details below:
Hours: M-F, ~40hrs/wk
Pay: $20/hr based on experience
Location: Our home in New Albany
About Our Family: We have a 2 year old boy who will entertain for days. We also are expecting in January. Up front, I will be on maternity leave (Jan-mid-Mar) and will need minimal help, but will have pay increase when I go back to work and care is for 2.
Additional Details: We have a Cavapoo & my husband & I work from home.
Bonuses/Ideal: Vaccinated (inl. covid + booster), smoke-free, will not bring own kids or nanny share

For the two working Saturdays, we can reduce hours during the week. Responsibilities include homework help, helping at home and at school with tasks like chores to help him gain independence, helping him interact with peers to build social skills, and engaging him in activities to keep him productive. We do not have a pet but are planning on getting a dog in the next several months, so would want to make sure you are comfortable with pets. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hard working, loves kids, and will be proactive in identifying activities for our son and keeping him engaged. He has transportation to and from school but you will need to have transportation and a safe driving record to transport him to / from camp and between activities when necessary.
