Part-Time Nanny Job: The Amiri Family with 1 Child
Hello! I am currently looking for a warm, bubbly, and loving childcare professional to help care for our one year old during the week while I work from our home in Chicago, IL. The position would be M-Th from 9 AM - 4 PM, with potential for more hours if the fit is right. Responsibilities would include keeping our child safe and entertained with age-appropriate activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes, cleaning up after baby (nursery, bottles, dishes, laundry, etc.). Must be comfortable with animals as we have three large, very friendly dogs. Ideally our person would help with short potty breaks for the pups towards the end of their shift as well. Expectations would be professionalism, transparency, up to date on vaccinations, CPR certified, clean background report, experience with infants/toddlers, English as a first language, and we would also want this person to stick around long-term. We are offering 5 days a week (M-F) with guarantee 35+ hours per week. No weekends required. This is a long-term opportunity, so would like someone with past experience and is fluent in English (Russian is a plus). You will be responsible for caring for our child and assisting with house chores when not busy with your primary child caring responsibilities. House chores will include cleaning and possibly light cooking (e.g. starting a prepared meal in the slow cooker).
We would like a nanny to come to our home in Rogers Park by Loyola University’s main campus. We will welcome you to bring your own child if needed.
The ideal candidate will meet all the below:
