Hours: M–F, 2–8 p.m., plus some Saturdays; flexibility required.
Ideal candidate: must have 2–3+ years nanny experience, strong references, and comfortable with childcare and household duties. Special-needs experience and reliable car strongly preferred. Seeking a stable, long-term fit.
