My baby is 1 year old. He is in the exploration phase and is very busy. We are starting 3 days a week, just to acclimate Lorenzo, and working up to 5 days a week. Our budget for hourly pay is 20-24$. It will be a full-time position sooner than later. Our expectations would be to be a good role model, play with the baby (I prefer a fun-educational approach), feed, possible meal prep (I will try to have everything prepared and planned out for the week), change his diaper, keep him safe, and, on occasion, take him out to Gymboree. We do not use TV as a distraction, and phones are not allowed while watching the baby. It can be on you, but no personal phone calls/text messaging while on the clock. We want someone reliable and who is dedicated to keeping our baby happy and safe.

Babysitter Job: The Wilson Family with 2 Children
I have two sweet kids who are 5 and 6 (almost 7) years old. They are very active kids, my daughter is in gymnastics and my son loves basketball. They love art, building, creating, and doing anything outdoors. We have a home that has everything they need including a playground so there won’t be much need to drive them anywhere unless it’s a pre-planned activity but a license and reliable car so you can get to and from our home is preferred. We also have two dogs in our home that are older. As well as a horse however the horse is too old to ride even for the kids. We are in the middle of some renovations currently but we should be finished with shared spaces in 2 months. Light house cleaning is preferred. Sweeping and vacuuming. Dishes, kids laundry (they can fold and put the clothes away after they are washed), keeping take and counter tops clean, not much else is expected other than that. Kids have no allergies or health conditions. Looking for a weekend sitter some week nights as well. Would love someone open to coming on vacations as well. We are frequently in Mexico, northern az, and California.

I have two littles on my own and our morning routine with getting us all ready for school and daycare is a nightmare and I am just at a point where I am waving the white flag and admitting that I need some help. I would like to be completely hands off once you are comfortable and we are all in a routine that works smoothly, but I am still there to assist, absolutely. I work and go to ASU full-time so I may explore some time on the weekends set aside for additional help with my kids, but would not be every weekend. To start, I am just really looking for help Mon-Fri from 5am at my door, to 6:20am out my door. Would be a super bonus if you have a valid DL and vehicle to possibly take one of the kids to their school, as the locations are in opposite directions, but it is not a requirement at this time for me.
