Part-Time Nanny Job: The Amiri Family with 1 Child
Hello! I am currently looking for a warm, bubbly, and loving childcare professional to help care for our one year old during the week while I work from our home in Chicago, IL. The position would be M-Th from 9 AM - 4 PM, with potential for more hours if the fit is right. Responsibilities would include keeping our child safe and entertained with age-appropriate activities, feedings, naps, diaper changes, cleaning up after baby (nursery, bottles, dishes, laundry, etc.). Must be comfortable with animals as we have three large, very friendly dogs. Ideally our person would help with short potty breaks for the pups towards the end of their shift as well. Expectations would be professionalism, transparency, up to date on vaccinations, CPR certified, clean background report, experience with infants/toddlers, English as a first language, and we would also want this person to stick around long-term. My significant other and myself work a lot. I am a family law attorney downtown. She is an event planner. We both live downtown across the street from a playground, grocery store, park, and dog park. I work from home 3 to 4 days a week. However, the hours require 80 to 90 hours a week. We are having our child in the next few months and would like to find someone to assist us. We have a cat and a dog that love each other. We are both in our early thirties and would like to find some balance and to make sure our baby is taken care of.
