Nanny for 3-Year-Old (Afternoons, Montessori Approach)We are looking for a caring, patient, and reliable nanny to help care for our 3-year-old child.
Afternoons (after 12:00 p.m. , when he returns from school)
* Provide full, attentive care (1:1 attention)
* Engage in age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities
* Encourage outdoor play daily
* Limit screen time to 30 minutes to 1 hour max
* Plan fun, hands-on activities (he loves water play and exploring)
* We follow a Montessori-style approach (respectful, independent learning)
* We have a 3-month-old baby (no care needed)
* We have two friendly Labrador dogs, so must be comfortable with pets
Ideal candidate:
* Experience with toddlers (3+ years old)
* Energetic, nurturing, and proactive
* Enjoys engaging, teaching, and playing with children
* Comfortable with a structured but fun routine
We are looking for someone who truly enjoys spending quality time with children and can create a safe, positive, and stimulating environment.
