Hi! We're a family in North Hollywood looking for a part-time nanny for our 16-month-old daughter.
Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri, 9am–12pm (9 hrs/week), starting Monday, October 19. Hours are guaranteed.
Our daughter is a happy, curious toddler who loves books, trips to the library, playing and dancing. We're looking for someone warm, reliable, and experienced with toddlers. A calm, stable presence, ready to play but also content to sit and simply be present with her.
Dad works from home but is often out during the day. You'll be fully in charge when he's away. No housekeeping beyond tidying up after Josie. If you're open to some batch-cooking of Josie's meals each week, that's a plus! CPR/First Aid training is a bonus. Hours and days may increase depending on parent availability. He is an amazing human being but it can be challenging to communicate with him and understand his needs as much as we try. Many people have claimed to be able to handle this but ultimately aren’t giving Thaddeus the love, empathy and respect he needs to grow and feel safe with someone. You may be asked to help drive Thaddeus to different activities or help around the house with him and his brother, as well as cleaning up around if needed or just being able to jump into action with love and care to help the children feel safe and supported. Aurelius is 1 year old he is feisty with allot of energy but also very sweet. Two boys are a handful and my sister is the sole caregiver for them but is needing to go to work to help support and unable to do so with very little bandwidth between two children.
