A little bit about us…
We are looking for an extra set of hands to help with our 1 month old daughter and 3 year old son on a part-time basis in Eagle Rock in Los Angeles. Our son is in preschool full-time so the help we need is before school/after school for him. Mom is on maternity leave until end of January/early February so there is potential for a longer term full-time position to take care of our daughter when she goes back to work.

Our ideal nanny is someone who is caring, compassionate, patient and genuinely loves children. Our ideal nanny should be knowledgeable of the different developmental stages of a toddler and infant and has experience helping children reach age appropriate milestones. Must be comfortable with light housekeeping and cooking / meal prep. First aid training and formal education in child development is a huge plus! Animal lovers please apply! We have a 5 year old medium sized mixed breed pup. He is sweet and sometimes overly affectionate. No smokers please!

Responsibilities include tending to newborn's basic needs such as preparing bottles as needed (mom is breastfeeding), putting child down for nap, changing diapers, bathing as needed, meal prepping for 3 year old (breakfast, lunch, dinner), participating in developmentally appropriate activities for toddler and infant, light housekeeping, doing laundry, helping 3 year old get ready for school (wash face, brush teeth, dress), and taking 3 year old to/from school as needed (walk or drive, school is 0.3 miles from home). No care is needed for the dog. Both mom and dad typically work from home.
