A little bit about us

I’m looking for a part-time mothers helper M-F 12–5pm or potentially full time. I am due to have my son (3rd baby) August 7, so I would ideally like someone to start in July so that my daughters can get to know who we hire. My daughters are (going to be) 5 & 3. One will be starting Kindergarten in Claremont and the other will be going to preschool in La Verne. I will need help with watching the baby, watching my daughters & creating fun activities for them, laundry, cooking, cleaning, organizing and other various home tasks. We would also love to have some help with some life-assistance work such as making phone calls, running errands, etc. We practice attachment-based parenting and use gentle & playful parenting approaches for setting limits. Whoever we hire must be on board with this. We are strongly against any form of punitive treatment of our children (scolding, time-outs, threats, etc), because they’ve proven to not be effective with our kids. We’d be happy to provide education about attachment parenting if needed.
