Everyone keeps asking for pay greater than $16.50. If I am paying you every hour, I expect that every hour is used to take care of my daughter 100%.
No social media while having my daughter run around and put random things in her mouth that leads to hives breakouts.
Bare minimum: If something came from the backyard, then it stays in the backyard. Clean up after yourself and baby. Protect my daughter at all times especially as shes learning to walk and climb. Do not unplug my cameras. There are many other outlets in my house to use.
Expectations: walk around and play with baby. Feed baby 3-4 meals during your shift. 1 meal consists of a little bit of veggies/meat and a desert (fruit only). If baby has a full hamper (wash it). Practice speaking with her. She is perceptive. Work on her speech and letter recognition development like abcs. If my daughter is sleeping, put her in her playpen and wash her bowls/ fill her formula and wash her clothes. TV is the only electronic allowed in my house. If you bring it, feel free to use it on your break, but check it at my door when youre working/on baby duty. Pay increases above $16.50/hr will happen after probationary period (min 14 days, but can be more if more observation is required).
Olivia’s very sharp & curious. We’ve protected her as much as we can, but we expect her nanny to be attentive & watch her. She’ll get in to whatever she can get into. She’s been attempting to climb/repel out of her playpen, but thankfully hasn’t succeeded yet. Olivia’s on a schedule. She eats every 2.5 to 3 hours & sleeps for 20 to 30 minutes at a clip between meals. The more she plays the more she does tire out & the easier it is to put her to sleep.
The shifts will be 4-9 hours from 6:30am-4:30pm with and unpaid 1 hr or 30 minute breaks in between on Monday & Wednesday, which would be 20 hours/week. If we like you, we may need you for more days during the week.
