We need caregiving for my sweet daughter Tuesdays and Thursdays. She has a seizure disorder and autism. She is nonverbal but communicates with a letter board. She is very happy and a lot of fun to be around.
We need help with changing her, feeding her, and with transfers from wheelchair. This position is mostly playing on the iPad with her, doing arts and crafts, cooking and taking walks.
Meals for her are prepared by her parents and no housework except minimal clean up after meals is expected.
We've had caregivers for 18 years for our daughter and are still in touch with many of them. We recently moved here from Austin where we had University of Texas students as caregivers. We are looking for loving and fun companions for our daughter.
We train all caregivers until both the caregiver and our daughter are comfortable.

A little bit about us
Our toddler is very slow to warm to new people, but loves music, crafting, dancing, and playing outside. We would really love somebody who gets her involved in new activities and creates projects to foster learning and creativity.
Some TV is fine, but we'd really love for the kids to spend more time learning, creating, and playing. Our infant needs help with reaching developmental milestones. The kids will need lunch and snacks. We would love if you could help to keep the play area clean and organized. Must be ok with dogs.

E loves being outside and riding his bike! Loves balls and sports involving them. He's also a big fan of the planes we see passing our home daily.
