A little bit about us…

We have a 16 month old girl, 7 year old boy and a 5 year old girl. I’m looking for someone to start part-time watching the baby M-F from 8-3 and eventually will need M-F 8-6. My two older kids take the bus home and arrive around 3pm. They would need care for just a few hours in the afternoon. Responsibilities would be the kids first and foremost which includes meal prep and activities. Light cleaning of the kitchen and maybe basic meal prep so I can cook dinner when we get home from work. There would be no pick up or drop off.

A little bit about us…

Me and my husband are both full-time sales professionals that could use a bit of help throughout the week taking care of our two girls, Lucy and Nora. We're looking for a nanny who could help out part time (~24 hours per week), on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our oldest, Lucy, turns 3 in May 2024. She is energetic, strong, very social, curious, and playful. She loves to dance, read, play dress up, pretend with dolls, build with Legos, and do art projects. She will never turn down some outside time, and prefers to always be in a "princess dress". Our youngest, Nora, was born 6 weeks ago! She is truly an angel - (we got so lucky) she is a wonderful sleeper (knock on wood) and eater. We are exclusively breastfeeding and will be through 6 months. At that time, we will begin introducing solid foods using the baby led weaning method. We plan to breastfeed through 2 years, though. We are looking for someone who can help foster Lucy's sense of wonder and growth by doing fun/educational activities with her throughout the day, and help with Nora on an as needed basis. Given that Nora will still be so young and breastfeeding, we anticipate she'll spend most of her time with Hanna. However, Hanna would need help with Nora during meetings and days she'll be out in the field. As Nora grows, this will change and Hanna will need more consistent help with both girls throughout the day. If you're interested, we'd love to learn more about you, your experience, and see if we're a good fit for each other. :) Thanks in advance!
