A little bit about us…

8hrs per week, flexible on which day (mon-fri). I might be open to more hours during summer. Interact with our son while he does his art work and plays. Be creative! This is for a physically active person! My son is very calm but he is extroverted. He loves interactions. It’s a must. Playing with him is a requirement. Not to just watch over him.

Car is required. But car is provided for his transport. Occasional trips out of house once trust is built. Please have a driving history of 3 years for this position.

HIS play areas, laundry, and toy pick up is required at the end of the day. (With exceptions like he is having a hard day etc)

Must be covid vaccinated! Our son has medical. So you must be CPR certified. No screaming or timeouts are allowed here as it can trigger his medical condition and it will be grounds for termination. Natural consequences is how we punish. He has a language disorder, so talking to him for discipline, does not work. He has a complex medical and non-verbal. But the sweetest kid. Non-aggressive but can get frustrated. We need someone that is ok with talking around him. Even if he doesn’t talk back.

Background check with a third party will be conducted with local, state and National agencies. Confidentiality form must be signed stating you won’t share our personal information with anyone and no social media photos with our son or our home. Starting at $20. Open to a scaling pay increase after 6months. $22 after 6m of employment. Some hours will be with a respite company but we will make the pay difference. You can almost pick your days you want to work. Just have to tell me 30days in advance on what days you want to work. Or we can do the same day and time every week. 8hrs per week for the average. We start payroll at 6m employment.

Preference will go to Junior college students! Freshman and sophomores are welcome to apply as well. No high school students. College students fit this position the most due to flexibility.

A little bit about us…

Hi. My 4 year old is a little girls who has autism and is a happy, silly and sweet girl. She will be attending school most of the day, but I am looking for a nanny to watch her before the bus comes to pick her up and after the BIs drops her off back home. The hours would most likely be 6:30-8:30 am and 1:00-4:00 pm Monday -Friday. She likes to think she’s pretty independent and likes to play and keep herself busy so she is easy to watch. The job would just require someone who can follow her around, play with her and keep her safe and maybe offer an after school snack.
