A worker who is willing to work full time with a flexible schedule is preferred. I would appreciate someone who is comfortable driving, administering medication, and following routines. I will also need someone who is understanding of neurodiversity and willing to learn. My son also struggles with aggressive behaviors and is currently facing charges due to violent behaviors.
