A little bit about us

Our daughter attends a Montessori school five days a week and thrives in an environment that supports independence, curiosity, and hands-on learning. She is bright, energetic, loving, and deeply curious about the world around her. She benefits from consistent routines, gentle guidance, and opportunities to learn through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences.

As a family, we strongly believe in Montessori principles, including observation, respect for the child, a thoughtfully prepared environment, and fostering independence at an early age. We practice gentle, positive parenting and are looking for a caregiver who shares these values and can provide a calm, nurturing, and engaging presence.

Our daughter also has some neurodivergent tendencies and can occasionally experience emotional dysregulation or sudden outbursts when she feels overwhelmed, overstimulated, or frustrated. We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and comfortable responding calmly during these moments, helping her regulate her emotions while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.

We are seeking help for a few hours per day, two to three days per week, from August through June. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting our daughter in a Montessori-inspired environment, encouraging independence, outdoor play, creativity, kindness, and respectful communication.
