We are looking for someone who is patient, compassionate, and comfortable responding calmly during these moments, helping her regulate her emotions while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.
We are seeking help for a few hours per day, two to three days per week, from August through June. The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting our daughter in a Montessori-inspired environment, encouraging independence, outdoor play, creativity, kindness, and respectful communication.
