The nanny would help feed the girls, put the infant down for nap, and simply care for the girls. We do have a dog, no pet care required but the dog will be at home.
I WFH most days (although some days may run errands etc) so I will be home at times but mostly keep to my office / stay out of the way.

My two boys are pretty great! The oldest is 12 and plays both baseball and hockey. He has either a practice or game nearly every single week-night. My 3.5 year old is high-energy and loves to play! He goes to day-care full time and has just started evening activities of his own, he loves soccer and is looking forward to spring so he can play baseball too!
Most evenings will be centered on caring for the 3.5 year old, picking up from day-care and ensuring he gets to his activities and/or has fun playing. Some evenings though may be centered on the older which would be driving him to and from a practice or game.
