A little bit about us

Hi everyone! We’re looking for a reliable, experienced, long term nanny to help care for our children in our home in Woodbridge, Virginia.

📅 Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
📍 Location: Woodbridge, VA
⏰ Start Date: As soon as possible, ideally starting Monday
💰 Pay: Negotiable based on experience

About the position:
We have two young children, and the primary responsibility will be caring for our daughter (22 month).

Our son will be in school for the first half of the day and will be working with his behavioral therapist during the second half, so the majority of the day will be focused on our daughter.

We’re ideally looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience caring for young children, particularly between the ages of 1.5 to 5

• Is dependable, nurturing, patient, and comfortable becoming a consistent part of our children’s lives

• Is willing to help with light household duties related specifically to the children, including putting their used plates and cups in the dishwasher, tidying and organizing their toys and play area at the end of the day, and vacuuming or mopping their play area when necessary

• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a big plus!

We work from home and will be in our offices throughout the day. We’ll be available to help when needed and, of course, to make sure our new nanny is fully comfortable with our children’s routines.

Most importantly, we’re not looking for someone who simply comes in and watches our children. We would love to find someone who becomes an extension of us as parents and genuinely feels like part of the family
