We are looking for a full-time Nanny for our 2.5-year-old son, Quincy. We (Robin and Andrew) live in Koreatown and both work full-time, mostly from home. We're looking for childcare Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
We think of this as a salaried position and we provide paid vacation and sick days as well as some schedule flexibility. We often like our nanny to travel with us and prefer someone with a passport.
Our nanny will need to be completely responsible for Quincy's days, including, but not limited to, planning his week in advance, light playdate coordination, meal prep, taking him to and participating in classes, his laundry (not ours), and generally keeping him and his spaces clean.
It's a cliche, but we really think of our nanny as a part of our family. We are careful to maintain boundaries and not take advantage of that situation, but its very important that our nanny feel comfortable in our home, and in the past they have stayed for dinner, or movies, or just to hang out, which we love.

Hello! I'm looking for a nanny share for my identical twin daughters, who were born in May of this year. They are happy, easy going babies, and have spent the past few months traveling around Europe with me, so we are back home now and looking to get settled into a routine before I go back to work. I'd really like to find another family to share a nanny with, not only for the financial aspect of hiring an employee, but also to have another child for my girlies to spend time with. I'm hoping to hire someone from 9-5, Monday through Thursday, however Friday is an option too, if that's what works best for you. I'm happy to split time between our two homes, to have my girls go to your home, or to have your little one come to mine. We have Nest cameras set up in each room indoors, so would share the access with you so that you can check in whenever needed to see what the kiddos are up to.
