A little bit about us

My daughter is seven , she's never been in the care of anyone else but me so I'm not sure how well she would adjust to a nanny. I'll be working overnight four nights a week sometimes five night. 6 p.m to 4:30 a.m. The nanny probably wouldn't have to stay all night as there are other people in the home. She'll more than likely be with my grandmother most of the time. I am also only looking for women sitters.
