Part-Time Nanny Job: The Brooks Family with 2 Children
We’re looking for a part time nanny two days a week for our 2 year old and 3 mo old! The hours would be 7:30am-3:30pm, and we are willing to work with someone on which days of the week to work. But it would be the same two days every week.
We are also flexible on start date.
We have a son who turned 2 in October - he’s playful, sweet and easy going. Our daughter was born in July.
We also have an Australian shepherd who loves to be outside and be your shadow around the house. He’s crate trained too!
We would expect some light house work (tidying up, kids’ laundry), and occasionally meal prep for the kids.

I am a single working mom looking for a modern day Mary Poppins or Mrs. Doubtfire (full time nanny) to care for and love on my 4 year old son, in my home, when I cannot be there to do so myself. The job entails 3 - 4 working days per week: no weekends; no holidays; and only 2 Fridays per month. Because of my work schedule, I do need someone that is available all days and/or 2 evenings per week (until 7:45 pm). Our little explorer loves to help any chance he can. He is an absolute boy with the sweetest heart. Although he has enough energy to power a city, he’ll never miss a chance to sit in your lap for a good book. He’ll play dress up every chance you give him and who knows what adventures he’ll take you on. He loves to go to the zoo, museum and many other yearly memberships that we have around town. He’ll take any chance he gets to run around with the neighborhood boys and be part of the crew. He is the most interesting boy in the world.
Now the tough side, our little is getting over the tantrum stage as he gets older. We do need someone who knows how to deal with these types of situations as he grows learns and understands what is and is not acceptable. In the end he just wants some extra love but has a tough way of showing it. These situations happen maybe once every 3weeks but we are looking for someone who has experience and patience in these areas as well. So if you’re up for a challenge, he’ll give you one as he is quite the negotiator, but all in all, he’ll pay you with love and we’ll pay you with money of course.

Looking for help filling the gap caring for our 2 boys who have autism while I am starting rotations and their father is working. Our schedules overlap too much. We just moved here and haven't had time to sort out school or therapy yet. Their older sister and uncle would be present to assist. They do not need care themselves, but the boys both have autism and can be difficult to keep track of. They are loving and friendly kids, but try to go outside and get into things they shouldn't if they are not watched carefully. The days and hours we need support vary, but the longest hours would be about 7:30 am to 4 pm and the shortest would be 3 or more hours. Anything less than 3 hours and we believe their uncle and sister can manage. This week (03/26/23) we need help for a total of about 22-23 hours within the window of 7:30am-4pm.
