Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive, hands-on care for both infants throughout the day while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Following established feeding and nap schedules, including preparing bottles and assisting with the introduction of age-appropriate solid foods. Performing diaper changes regularly and maintaining proper hygiene practices. Engaging the babies in stimulating, age-appropriate developmental activities such as tummy time, reading, sensory play, and interactive learning. Monitoring developmental milestones and communicating any observations or concerns with parents.
The nanny will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment for the babies, including tidying the nursery, play areas, and feeding spaces. Light baby-related household tasks are expected, such as washing bottles, sanitizing feeding supplies, and completing infant laundry.
Qualifications:
Previous experience caring for infants is required, with experience caring for twins or multiples strongly preferred. Knowledge of safe sleep practices and infant care guidelines is essential. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, organized, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining a calm and positive demeanor.
