We need part-time childcare on a continuing basis; mom is a teacher, so childcare would be needed Oct. 2026-mid June 2027, then Sept-June for the following two school years. Our sweet baby is 6 months old and we'd need coverage for her from 9am to 3:30pm three days per week. This may increase to 4 days a week starting in the 2027-28 school year. We want care in-home or in a friend's home; we are currently wanting to do a nanny share with friends who have a similar-aged baby girl. On the occasion of early releases or staff inservice days, we might need care for our preschool-aged daughter, too.

Working as a nurse, variable day shifts including some weekends. Work hours likely 7 am to 5 pm. Pickup/dropoff for son starting September to nearby school.
There is a friendly medium size dog in the house.
Both of my kids are very sweet and cuddly, very helpful, well behaved. Both love to be outdoors, so would like a lot of time/activities outside. Daughter naps 2 hours in the afternoon, son about 1 hour every other day.

She also is raised in a home with ASL, so can baby sign some words to help communicate!

We would need care to fit 8-6:30 4 days a week (with the exact days of care changing, as this is per my wife’s schedule who has a rotating day off). Our house cannot host so we would be dropping off! No expectations other than normal infant care for her age.
