We looking for a new nanny to join our family as our former nanny has retired. We have 2 sweet little boys who will need care, 2 years old, and an 8 month old (we also have a 5 yo who will be in all day kindergarten that may need occasional care if he is off school). We're looking for assistance starting in mid August to early September on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:15am to 5:30pm but can be slightly flexible with hours depending if less or more are desired. We’re looking for a nanny to help with daily care, meal prep, and play activities. I generally work from home in my remote office and my husband travels weekly but there are occasions where both my husband and I will be working from home or we are both traveling. Nanny experience is required and experience with infants is preferred.

Hi and thank you for considering our posting! My wife and I are looking for a longer-term nanny to join our family and provide care for our children while we both work from home. We are typically pretty busy with work and conference calls, but we make time to help out and join lunchtime as well. We have 3 young girls (0, 2, 4) who love to play and learn, and the older two are currently enrolled in preschool during mornings through the spring. Between naps, schooling, and our ability to help - there would almost never be an instance where you would be caring for all 3 kids at once. We also have a dog who spends most of the day in our offices or lying on the couch. :)
Our ideal nanny would be a kind and caring person who loves spending time doing activities with children. Our kids don't spend time in front of tv or other screens, but instead enjoy coloring, going outside, doing crafts, etc. We have a few dedicated play spaces inside, as well as a park down the street and a large yard with a wooded area in the back. We purchase lots of learning activities and crafts to keep the kids busy, entertained, and learning.
Our goal is to have someone start in January 2024. With the preschool and nap routines, our preferred schedule is M-F 10am-4pm. We are flexible with vacation time, necessary appointments, etc., and all holidays would be paid time off to spend with your family.
