Full-time nanny/family assistant for 3 children (including infant). Primary focus is childcare throughout the day, with responsibilities shifting based on schedules. Duties include infant care (feeding, naps, play), helping with younger child during the day, and after-school support for older child. During downtime: kids laundry, tidying play areas/kitchen resets, light meal prep, bottles. Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-4:00 p.m. (35 guaranteed hrs). 1-2x/month, one day shifts later (11:00am-7:00 p.m. or 12:00pm-8:00pm) with notice. Looking for someone proactive, organized, and reliable who takes initiative. Pay: $25-$30/hr + PTO, holidays, guaranteed hours. Occasional optional travel (expenses covered).

We are soon to move to Charlotte and looking for a well trained and experienced nanny to look after our little girl during the day. This job would start the first week of August 2026, length of time is TBD but minimum 18 months. Her father and I both work from home for a living, but will require a full-time nanny to look after her while we work Monday-Friday approximately 8:30am to 5:00pm (some flexibility with the time range). In- home is preferred, but open to local nanny share opportunity as well. General upkeep of the house in relation to looking after our girl and preparation of lunch is all that is required at this time.

We are looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old twins in north Charlotte just south of Huntersville. We have a dog and a cat in the house, which you would not be expected to care for, but you would need to be comfortable with. I work one week on (10hr shifts Tues-Tues) followed by one week off, while my husband works a typical 9a-5p. In an ideal world we would have someone who is willing to work ~8:30-6 M-Fr one week and then part time the following week resulting in around 60-70hrs of work over 2wks. Bottle prep, loading and unloading bottle washer and helping with the boys laundry, would be expected. Huge plus if you have experience with multiples!
We are a smoke free household. Currently not allowing any screen time for our boys. We would expect anyone watching our kids to be up to date on all vaccines including flu. We are not requiring the covid vaccine. Reliability is very important to us so having your own car is a must. Hi! We have 2 boys. One is in preschool 4 days a week and the other is still a baby. We have a fenced in backyard with a sandbox and multiple indoor playrooms. We both work from home a couple days a week. We are looking for a caring nanny to look after our boys during the week while we work. Some preschool pickups and drop offs may eventually be required, and we will provide car seats. The boys are mostly easy, they love to play outside and play in their playrooms. The oldest is potty trained (mostly) and the baby is still in diapers. The baby takes a combination of formula and solids. They are sweet, smart, and playful, and they do best when they’re able to run around outside! We also have 2 dogs and 3 cats but don’t need much in regards to pet care other than making sure the cats don’t get out, and maybe shuffling the dogs up/down stairs so they don’t bark during naps, etc.

Need help taking kids to preschool with occasional pick up on average 10-14 days a month and occasional keeping them all day if preschool is closed. Day would start at 6:15 or 6:30am and would need to make sure kids have breakfast and get ready for school. My husband and I have irregular schedules so dependability and reliability is a must.
