Bilingual with Spanish is a plus; Mandarin is a big plus, but not required.

Weekdays, we just had a newborn! Need help around the house and a little bit of looking after the baby, but a hands on loving easygoing Mom, so we are a low-impact household. Chandler family looking for an experienced full-time nanny. 1. Caring, compassionate and affectionate person. Need to treat baby as your own family, not just as a job. Also need help as house organizer/helper. 2. At least 5-10 years experienced as a nanny (5 references required). No teenage/high-school students. Over 30 yrs old. Working experience with Indian families is a plus. Experience with feeding issues for a low-weight baby is a bonus. Need to prepare fresh meals from scratch for baby like fruit or veggie purees, rice etc that we will train/teach you. Quality time with baby by reading books, music, communication, teaching new activities like using cup, chewing solid unmashed finger foods, etc.. 3. When possible, need to show initiative and proactively help with all household maintenance, folding and organizing laundry, vacuum/mop baby area, kitchen & stove clean up, dishes, meal preparation for older kid or any other task to make our hectic life easier.
