Responsibilities are for all childcare related aspects within our home (i.e., the care and well being of our daughter). We do have planned play dates and classes for our daughter during the week where at least one parent (typically mom) attends. Our expectation is that our nanny joins and assists with our daughter during those times that are during working hours (e.g., a standing play date at noon on Fridays).
