We are seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny to care for our infant daughter in our home three days per week: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (30 guaranteed hours per week).
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with infants and is passionate about providing attentive, responsive, and developmentally enriching care. Responsibilities will include bottle-feeding expressed breast milk, following her nap schedule, engaging in age-appropriate play and activities, and supporting her developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment.
Our daughter’s safety, well-being, and emotional development are our highest priorities. We hope to find someone who is warm, patient, dependable, and attentive, with the ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging situations. We value a nanny who will become a trusted, long-term part of our family and are looking for someone who can commit to at least one year.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional infant-care experience as a nanny
Excellent references from previous families
Non-smoking
Vaccinated
A genuine love of caring for infants and an interest in providing interactive, age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities
Reliable, attentive, patient, and nurturing, with sound judgment and a strong commitment to infant safety
Able to commit to the Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday schedule for at least one year
Comfortable with a friendly dog (hypoallergenic)

In your support role, you will be helping with kids laundry (I wash and you hang and fold), cleanup after their breakfast and lunch, help with their meal prep, baking if that interest you, pickup and organize toys in play areas, create super simple activities from Instagram, play/engage with kids for if I am busy (never more than one hour), occasional small grocery shopping or unloading grocery delivery, attending outdoor activities such as the park, beach, zoo (we will always pay your admissions and costs). It’s a very relaxed position. We have a healthy, happy and peaceful household and welcome someone who supports that. This means that you are very tidy and organized, enthusiastic, and caring. We do not have any pets. We pay very generous bonuses based on retention and excellent performance as well as gifts and paid meals.

— Annual flu vaccine and other standard vaccines such as MMR, tdap, etc.

— Have reliable transportation (we do not require driving the children but want someone who can reliably be here)
