We are a family of entrepreneurs juggling several exciting ventures, including managing North Captiva Massage, Pure Living Co, Kasha Probiotics, and a house construction project. As we work to grow and manage these businesses, we need a reliable and supportive team member who can help manage the household, care for our children, and ensure that everything at home runs smoothly while maintaining a daily and weekly routine.

We are seeking a responsible, organized, and nurturing Mother’s Helper/Household Manager & Nanny to support our family with childcare, household management, and meal preparation. This position currently offers part-time hours (24-30 hours per week), with the potential to transition into a full-time role. Over the course of a 3-month transition period, we will evaluate the candidate’s skills, fit, and ability to take on full-time responsibilities before shifting away from our current nanny and cleaning support team. This transition will allow us to integrate you fully into our household and ensure we’re all comfortable with the changes.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have a passion for working with young children. You will assist with daily care, engage in age-appropriate learning activities, and help manage household tasks. A key focus will be meal preparation (breakfast, dinner, and snacks for children) and ensuring that our home runs smoothly.

A little bit about the kids, they are extremely easy. Our oldest is very mamma like and is very independent. We need someone to help with after school meals as they are usually hungry as soon as they get home from school and do homework with them. If that gets done and they have free time, the kiddos love watching YouTube, creating YouTube shorts for there channel as they are pretty popular online and our son plays call of duty on his iPad and likes riding his fourhweeler outside. Pay is open for discussion, we will make it worth your while. We don’t want multiple sitters, we want to find someone good to grow with.
