Part-Time Nanny Job: The Leal Family with 1 Child
We are looking for an experienced nanny for our 2.5 year old in our home in Lakewood (near Belmar Park) starting as soon as possible. Our schedule is M-Th 9 am-3 pm with an occasional need for you to stay until 4 or 5 pm. The pay range is $20-25/hour depending on experience.
Our daughter is talkative, observant, sweet, loves to read books, sing, and be outside. We have two dogs that will not require care. I work remotely. We’d appreciate some light cleaning up after our daughter and preparing meals in addition to the main responsibilities of keeping her safe, engaging with her, and helping her fall asleep for her nap in the afternoon.
We are looking for someone who is warm, positive, attentive, responsive, nurturing, patient, and willing to run around and be silly with our daughter. We need someone who is reliable, organized, and a good communicator. We’d prefer someone who has knowledge of Montessori principles, gentle parenting strategies, and child development.
