A little bit about us

I'm interested in finding a nanny share with another family or families for part-time care. I am flexible but looking for consistant 2 days (20 hours/ week) for my almost one year old. I would also be open to a part time nanny coming to my house. I work in natural resources, at present most of the help needed would be for day time care. Every once in a while I need a few extra hours here or there if I'm in the field. Looking for me to drop off my child with someone, however would be open to someone in my home.

We are a growing family with a toddler and a baby on the way. As my wife transitions through pregnancy and beyond, we would like a nanny to come to our home for approx 6-8hrs/day 5 days a week. Our son is a jubilant little boy who loves the outdoors. We also have a small Coton de Tulear dog (10 lbs) who, although he has a shrill bark, is a totally cuddle bunny once he is settled. The position would require food prep for lunch and snacks, and nap time (he is currently a contact napper) and we would like someone to help him learn independent sleep for nap times. We would also like an educator, someone who could read to him plenty and help with his confidence in speaking. We try to be a no screen family and will require no fragrance to be worn. The position would start near end of May as I transition full time work.

Looking for a afterschool nanny for 3 easy going but energetic kids(10,4,3), mon- Friday 3-6p with holidays and occasional weekday off.
We have a dog, also easy going and there’s no care needed for her.
Kids do not have any scheduled activities so no need to pick-up and drop off.
They are hungry hungry hippos but we’ll ensure to keep the house well stocked with all kinds of food.

Light housekeeping to possibly include dishes, mopping, vacuuming, or cleaning bathrooms. English speaking. Need help with authoritative parenting and lessening the yelling in the house. Looking for older women who have had kids and can help guide us with parenting. Our 4 year old is developmentally delayed and likes to push our 2 year old often. Our 6 year old is struggling with pooping in the toilet due to some GI problems and occasionally has peeing accidents, when she has a pull-up on because of softer bowel movements. We struggle with her lying about being poopy when we can smell it and even after we’ve checked her and see it. We have a battle of wills with her quite often over it. I may need to leave the kids alone with the nanny for 30-40 minutes twice a week, in the evening, while I pick up my neighbor’s kids from daycare for him.
Days/hours TBD but probably weekdays, for at least a couple hours a day.
